About the Role
Our Health and Safety Advisers conduct regular audits and investigations, compile reports, write policy and make recommendations to the business in order to mitigate risks and prevent the occurrence of incidents. No one day is the same here at Harrods, therefore you'll be a flexible worker with a proactive approach to each and every day. You will have vast experience in a range of areas and be comfortable in adapting your communication style to various internal stakeholders and confident in delivering internal training.
You will also:
- Hold a professionally recognised Health and Safety qualification at Level 3 or above – preferably Grad IOSH or equivalent (NEBOSH diploma etc).
- Be competent and confident carrying out suitable and sufficient risk and COSHH assessments.
- Have experience with complex report-writing.
- Have a proven track record of completing projects accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be personable and engaging, able to effectively take stakeholders through the safety journey.
