About You
You are a clear communicator understands the importance of following protocol. You can multitask and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are able to articulate complex situations comfortable via telephone and face to face.

What to Expect?
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the Retail teams, as a first line of support in processing large and complex transactions. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis. Your team are responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to, training retail teams, following set processes to complete customer not present orders, monitoring and charging Bank Transfers. You will Support the Harrods Retail Teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in person to ensure correct process and procedures are followed and transactions completed successfully.
