Homeware Concession Manager

Are you a motivational manager?

We are looking for a Concession Manager to join an iconic Homeware brand specialising in the finest Homeware and porcelain accessories.

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of the retail, client and employee engagement strategy, achieving goals whilst being an ambassador for the brand.

Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. 

As you will be managing both the back of house and front of house team, you must be a confident Manager able to thrive under pressure and be able to solve problems swiftly and effectively.

Time management and working on your own initiative is key, you will implement new ideas and strategies, whilst always keeping commercial and ahead of the competition.
