With the implementation of Workday at Harrods, the HR Team are evolving their ability to provide high quality HR management information and operational data to both their colleagues, leadership teams and managers in the business.

To support this transformation, we are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can shape and drive a transitional roadmap to enable the delivery of a full data reporting and insight service ranging from ad hoc reporting requests through to participation in strategic HR projects, where data is key to driving efficiencies and supporting effective decision-making.

The role will sit within our HR Operations function and combine technical ability with strong communication, consultative and project management skills.

The role will work closely with our HR Process and System Leads to deliver key projects and ensure stakeholders have access to the data and insight they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape, build and deliver new reports in Workday to meet and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Build and own the delivery of the end to end reporting roadmap in partnership with HRBPs and the identified Business stakeholders

  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects by working across boundaries, gathering requirements, managing key stakeholders and owning project documentation.

  • Create influence to build strong working partnerships with the respective the HRBPs and the HR Process and Systems Leads

  • Be the point of escalation for HR reporting queries from new data requests, changes to reports and report defects.

  • Build relationships with key user groups both within and outside HR ensuring the delivery of high quality management information that is valuable, insightful and accessible for the end user (the scope of this will grow beyond Workday as we begin to offer broader reporting solutions)

  • Enhance the reporting suite through regular maintenance and audit of process area aligned reports.

  • Workday release management. Own the change management for any future Workday releases which impacts our Workday reporting functionality, especially within aligned process areas.

  • Contribute to the wider development of a data-driven culture across the HR community
