Harrods is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our dedicated HRIS team and develop our HR Systems roadmap.

As the HR Systems Analyst you will hold unique and integral responsibility for developing best practise of our system functionality as well as developing and driving the roadmap of Workday and wider HR machine learning initiatives.
About You
You will be a recognised subject matter expert with demonstrable experience in Workday system functionality and build. A natural problem-solver, you will be able to unpick ad hoc system issues and anticipate future system errors to guide our business away from future obstacles and errors. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage with people at all levels and across different functions quickly and credibly using excellent and adaptive communication skills.
You will be proactive and focused on continuous improvement, attentive to system changes and new market releases. You will be confident and keen to work with others, actively seeking the ideas of others, and openly sharing information, always championing a team orientated approach to your work. You will have a strong work ethic, accustomed to a fast-paced and demanding working environment, you are excited to rise to new challenges and bring colleagues together in that process.
What to expect
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio of HR Systems. You will be the technical point-of-contact for all users and key stakeholders to ensure day to day operation but will also be expected to take an active approach to all system developments, improvements, and upgrades.
In this role you will continually analyse current configuration and identify enhancements to build functionality improvements to align to best practice. You will support with release management activities which include reviewing release notes, building configuration, and testing. Managing and building configuration changes and will support and upskill the HR Systems Administrator on these changes. As a centre point for new system updates, you will lead drop-in training sessions with relevant departments to continue the ongoing upskilling for employees, managers, HR on Workday self-service.
You will be supporting with looking at creating business efficiencies and providing exceptional customer service, support current system requirements as well as partner to drive improvements.
