Do you have a passion for process and an eye for detail?

We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR Operations team as we embark on the exciting journey of implementing Workday as our new integrated HRIS.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering training on our HR Systems and play a key role in our HR Systems implementation project of Workday.

We are in the midst of a very exciting time for our HR team at Harrods as we embark on the journey of implementing Workday, which will provide you with a great opportunity to make your mark on the future direction of the service.

You will use your expert systems knowledge and excellent communications skills to build strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact with our systems vendors and work closely with the account managers, ensuring any system improvements and problems are resolved in a timely manner.

You will also manage, maintain and develop the current HR systems such as Resourcelink, Neocase and Kronos. You will produce monthly and ad hoc reports for the HR Operations team and wider business where appropriate.

With your keen eye for detail, working with the HR team, you will review and analyse our current HR System process flows and implement fresh and innovative methods to order to support our HR team to consistently deliver excellence.
