Lakeside - Assistant Manager - Gucci Beauty

By launching the new ‘H Beauty’ store, Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market. H Beauty will meet a demand from beauty customers for experiential retail that allows them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. H beauty will extend Harrods’ beauty offering, beyond the Knightsbridge store to new customers.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to help with the launch of a beauty brand in this new concept store. The brand will be covering both makeup and fragrance so having had previous experience in both would be beneficial. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager in managing the team and driving the account. As a Supervisor in this team, you will add your beauty expertise to the stunning, state-of-the-art setting to create an unforgettable experience for visitors, whilst being an ambassador for both Harrods and the brand.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with the host store
• Identifying commercial opportunities and capitalising on these
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Delivering on targets and KPIS
• Organising in-store events
• Providing the team with training in order for them to be equipped with the necessary skills to meet their targets

About you

To thrive in this brand-new concept store, you will need to have a passion for beauty and have had exposure to working within a luxury beauty brand which covers makeup and fragrance. You also must have had previous experience in either a Senior Sales or Supervisory level role where you have had to assume additional responsibility.
