We are searching for a talented Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team.

As a Learning Advisor, you will be responsible for the Harrods On-boarding process, organising in line with demand you will oversee induction events including guest speakers.  You will ensure the content is relevant and up to date. 

In addition, you'll also support leadership development Manager by organising and co-facilitating focus groups, surveys and analysing data to understand the current management capability. You will support the design of new learning offers and organise the roll out of training.

Commercially astute and proactive, you'll be aware of the most recent L&D thinking and research, and you'll be familiar with multiple learning channels to create effective blended learning experiences. Excellent communications skills are essential in order to build strong relationships across the business at all levels.

It is also desirable that you have or are studying for a qualification or a CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development.
