Mandarin speaking Sales Associate

About you

You must have a have a passion for luxury retail, desire to learn and develop within the brand. You will drive sales with your approachable nature and discreet service whilst representing the luxury concession within Harrods (such as brands for Menswear, Womenswear, Homeware, Accessoreis). Using your extensive brand knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will form long lasting client relationships. 

What to Expect

Deliver luxury customer service and clienteling is very important for this role, you will have to build rapport with the clients. Everyone work as a team in the concession, you will have to be a team player and willing to help other when is needed.

What is important?

Your engaging personal manner, along with your clienteling skills, will enable you to build long lasting relationships with your customers, whilst your keen attention to detail will ensure that shop floor standards are maintained to company standards at all times. A strong selling instinct and proven ability in reaching and exceeding targets is paramount. Candidate with premium or luxury retail experience would be ideal. Mandarin speaking is essential for the role.
