What to Expect

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinding of meats, using butcher's cutlery and powered equipment, such as electric grinder and band saw.

To portion and prepare meat in cooking form such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat and ensuring the availability of wide range of quality well cut meat for our customers

Responsible for ensuring that the finished product is of the highest quality and fit for sale within Harrods, carrying out temperature checks on meat and recording, you will be working with the buyer to ensure new products coming in is reflected/ incorporated into the butchery service.

Managing and logging stock levels, stock management in regards to rotation of stock and to serve customers at payment point and operate the till in line with cash handling procedures. You will adhere to all Food and Safety Procedures and adhere to stock control guidelines. What is important?
