About You

A clear and confident communicator with meticulous attention to detail, you'll be a diligent administrator and able to coordinate conflicting priorities effectively. With experience within luxury and a passion for our incredible portfolio of brands, you'll be ready to put your previous skills and experience into practice to provide integral support to the Fine Watches, Fine Jewellery and Luxury Jewellery Media Sales team.

You may have worked in media, publishing or fashion previously and take a proactive approach at all times. In a role that's as rewarding as it is exciting, you'll add incremental value by assisting this great team.

What to Expect

Working closely with the General and Account Managers, you will support the creation of media plans across a number of platforms. Ensuring deadlines are met by chasing assets and overseeing the running of our campaigns, you’ll be contributing to our incredible Harrods Partnerships portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various teams and functions, in addition to being the main point of contact for our amazing brands. You’ll help in prepare for meetings and ensure booking and contracts are managed and a comprehensive administrative support is provided.

As well as helping to create bespoke media presentations, you’ll provide clear reporting, work closely with editorial and marketing, conduct both brand and industry research where required and more.

Cartier, Bulgari, Dior, Rolex and Jaeger-LeCoultre. These are just some of the brands within our portfolio. You’ll be able to manage effective relationships with these brands and provide to them the upstanding customer service we take pride in at Harrods. You’ll also build strong internal connections and with a willingness to work hard, you’ll give your best and see your efforts reflected in various Harrods campaigns.
