Merchandise Administration Assistant - Technology & Toys

About You

You are starting your career in Merchandising and have a real passion for Luxury. Efficient, analytical and an optimiser, you always aim to exceed targets. You will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with Excel and SAP. With a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach you will successfully manage the day-to-day merchandising tasks and ensure all reports are maintained.

What to Expect

• You will be responsible for managing Open to Buy requests from Buying teams whilst also helping to monitor stock deliveries and replenishment
• Assisting in the production of pre-buy analysis and creation of seasonal and basic planning documents, such as OTB planning and option counts
• Work closely with the Replenishment and Buying teams to ensure smooth delivery of product into the business
• Monitoring OTB spend against agreed plans and highlighting areas of concern to all stakeholders, ensuring tracking documents are up to date and accurate.
• Product the weekly and daily trade reports ensuring a high degree of accuracy is maintained at all times
• Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser to agree price changes, markdowns and preparation for the Sale period
• Resolve trouble shipments, coordinating with both Distribution and Buying to ensure that any issues are quickly fixed
