Monnalisa Concession Manager

Are you a motivational manager?

We are looking for a Concession Manager to join childrenswear brand Monnalisa within Harrods.

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of the retail, client and employee engagement strategy, achieving goals whilst being an ambassador for the brand.

Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. 
As you will be managing a team in an extremely fast-paced environment, you must thrive under pressure and be able to solve problems swiftly and effectively.

Time management and working on your own initiative is key, you will implement new ideas and strategies, whilst always keeping commercial and ahead of the competition.

To be successful, it is essential you have experience managing within a luxury brand. Childrenswear experience, whilst being preferential - is not a pre-requisite for applying.
