About You
You will have previous administrative experience with impeccable front-of-house etiquette and excellent communication skills. Highly organised and self-motivated you are detail orientated and take pride in your work. You are autonomous and look to add value to everything you do. You will be able to manage multiple, complicated diaries and build positive relationships across the whole business.

What to expect

Supporting the senior leadership team in our Thatcham Distribution Centre, you will always remain calm under pressure and approach demanding situations in an accommodating and diplomatic manner. You pride yourself on providing practical solutions to any problem and are able to build stable relationships based on mutual trust. You will be able to manage shifting priorities, whilst still maintaining accuracy, and remain positive at all times whilst ensuring efficiencies around all internal systems and procedures.

What is important?

Our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Thatcham, West Berkshire, is the engine room of our business, nothing is possible without it! The senior leadership team look after various aspects of the business and are looking for a highly organised team administrator to suppot. Previous knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.
