We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Partnerships team here at Harrods. You will be supporting on campaigns in-store, online, in print and beyond. This role presents an opportunity to work with different luxury brands that are found in Harrods and learn how Partnerships supports both brands and Harrods business.
About the Role
The Partnerships Executive role will give you exposure to our internal and external stakeholders, where you will be involved in creating plans to support brand objectives – being embedded as the main point of contact for brand partners.
You will be accountable for:
- Driving media income for brands across your given category, ensuring the target is reached.
- Creating media plans based on the brands’ objectives.
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure that all levels of expectations are met following investment as well as collating all information for thorough post-campaign reports.
- Supporting with a variety of campaigns to ensure the smooth-running of projects and ensuring the client’s needs are met.
- Working closely with our internal creative, publishing, CRM and marketing teams to ensure all media activity is executed to the highest standards and deadlines.
- Working with our Brand Partnerships & Marketing Lead and Managers to create tailor made packages for brands using appropriate media to achieve objectives.
About You
By working closely with our different brands, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between both the brand and our internal stakeholders to create plans based on the brand’s objective. You will be confident with excellent communication skills and have a natural ability in creating relationships when attending regular meetings and taking calls; being the point of contact for brand partners. You will have a passion about the various categories that we work with.
You will also:
- Be a self-starter able to work autonomously, delivering results and time management, with an ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multi-task and processing all booking correctly.
- Understand Harrods selection and competitors and uses knowledge well.
