We are looking for a Partnerships & Marketing Lead to join our Partnerships team at Harrods. This is a varied role encompassing the development and execution of Marketing and Partnerships plans for Harrods within our beauty category.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Harrods’ brand partners using both a marketing and a partnerships lens to maximise profitability and to execute flawless marketing campaigns.
About the Role
The Partnerships & Marketing Lead is responsible for two key objectives, driving the overarching Marketing strategy within the category, including campaigns and major commercial moments and generating advertising sales – hitting and exceeding targets for Harrods Media across owned and operated channels.
You will be responsible for helping deliver the divisional trade targets for the year, through a combination of marketing and partnership initiatives that will be aligned with the merchandising teams. You will lead, oversee and coach the team and be responsible for planning and the delivery of projects. You will build the annual marketing calendar, detailing key themes and category focuses and develop tailored proposals and media sales pitches, ensuring all activity is consistent with the Harrods brand plans and values.
You will also:
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Head of Marketing and other senior stakeholders to develop a customer centric marketing strategy that measurably contributes to the highly ambitious customer and revenue growth targets.
- Work with the data provided by the Customer Insight Team and identify opportunities with key audiences to influence marketing campaigns and partnerships activity.
- Work in partnership with the Content, Creative, Loyalty, Retail Marketing & Campaign Management and wider Brand Experience Division Teams to deliver integrated projects.
- Oversee post campaign reporting with a focus on ROI that meet KPIs, with actions on how to evolve future campaigns.
- Be genuinely passionate about attracting, nurturing and developing colleagues and effectively leading through change.
About You
The Partnerships & Marketing Lead will demonstrate in depth knowledge of macro trends and influences in your divisional area of expertise to help shape and improve each brand campaign and marketing strategy. You will have a natural ability to engage and motivate your team through inspirational story-telling. You will be resilient, tenacious and genuinely open to development feedback, continually adapting your style to get the best outcomes for your people, customers and for the business
We are also looking for:
- Previous senior marketing experience and experience in managing fully integrated campaigns and budgets.
- Somebody with the capacity to deliver within a fast-paced and operational environment.
- An individual that is commercially minded with a KPI focus and ROI mentality.
