The Harrods Partnerships team are responsible for the campaigns you will see in store, online, in magazines and beyond.

By working closely with our different brands, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between both the brand and our internal stakeholders to create plans based on the brand’s objective. You will be confident with excellent communication skills and have natural ability in creating relationships when attending regular meetings and taking calls; being the main point of contact for brand partners.  

You’ll be passionate about each category we work on. You may have some previous luxury retail experience, however this is not essential.

Principal Accountabilities

Your duties will include:

·         To drive media income for Third Party brands, ensuring the target is reached

·         To support and work strategically with the Partnerships team to create bespoke media presentations

·         To support with a variety of in-store campaigns to ensure the smooth-running of projects and ensuring the client’s needs are met

·         Work closely with internal creative, publishing, CRM and marketing teams to ensure all media activity is executed to the highest standard and to deadlines

·         Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure that all levels of expectations are met following investment as well as collating all information for thorough post-campaign reports.

·         Manage advantage bookings - follow-up on contract bookings and manage contracts and media activity databases

·         Create media plans based on the brands’ objectives

·         Copy chasing for booked media to ensure artwork for campaigns received on time


Success in this role will be achieved by ensuring sales targets are met, and seeing that tailor made packages for Harrods brands are executed effectively whilst utilising the Harrods media portfolio.

Your organisation, communication and time keeping skills will be highly desired and you will be confident in your approach to this great opportunity.

  • Passion for and interest in food, home & tech categories to think how best to promote products
  • Understands Harrods selection and competitors and uses knowledge well
  • Work with Account Managers to create tailor made packaged for brands using appropriate media to achieve objectives
  • Inform brands of deadlines and secure brands artwork for campaigns in a timely manner
  • Accurate and correct administration of contracts and information to be sent to brands
