We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Pastry Production Kitchen! This role requires someone who is extremely positive and passionate.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production level and food safety standards.

The Pastry Production Kitchen is made up of three sections, produces up to 3000covers a day with a team of 45 people. As part of our Harrods master plan we are expanding and adding a fully functioning chocolate kitchen and expanding on our restaurant pastry functions.

The ideal Chef de Partie would have experience working in a fast paced operation, as well as the following:

  • Hands-on approach
  • Have an eye for details
  • Have excellent manuel skills
  • High volume experience is a bonus
  • A positive attitude
  • Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, knowing what ‘good’ looks like
