About the Role
The Procurement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing client projects and budgets within the company's guidelines, with a primary focus on enhancing profitability in Interior Design projects. This role involves collaborating with designers to create precise project cost estimates and diligently maintaining them on the Interior Design procurement system as projects progress. Additionally, the coordinator interfaces with suppliers to order and procure necessary project items, taking responsibility for generating sales orders and purchase records on SAP while meticulously tracking each transaction's payment.

This multifaceted role serves as a pillar for effective project management and profitability optimization within the Interior Design domain.

- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to Harrods values.
- Ability to perform duties effectively and independently.
