Procurement Systems Assistant

About You

You will be a highly efficient Administrator or PA with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task across a busy Procurement team.  You will have strong systems skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and preferably SAP) and ideally previous use of procurement software similar to Bravo. With the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

What to Expect

The main focus of this role is to manage and develop the Bravo procurement system, which is the engine room of the Procurement department. You will support the team in all issues related to Bravo and be responsible for the day to day management of the system. The role will also include:

• Refining the system to make it easier to use
• Running reports and developing dashboards
• Managing the supplier registration/activation/duplication
• Diary management for the Head of Procurement
• Organising meetings for the Category Managers
• Managing travel requirements
• General administrative duties
