Product Catalogue Data Admin

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical elements of the product catalogue, on-boarding and maintenance

About the Role

The Product Catalogue Administrator will own and understand your catalogue category maintaining communicating downstream impact of data quality  issues; work to improve processes to minimise errors. You will also be reviewing and maintaining service requests from functional teams to ensure SLAs are met and requests are responded.

You will also;

• Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time launch of the new products
• Manage fresh service, monitor and ensure the platform is kept up to date, being developed when required as well as supporting with overall SLA maintenance.
• Support IT in any testing needed for new data and process changes
• Responsible for looking at publishing data issues and correcting any issues found
