Production Lead

Principal Accountabilities

Production Planning:

• ownership of studio shoot schedule
• oversee execution of daily eCommerce work-lists, including scheduling of fast-turnaround product and vendor imagery
• model and freelance talent booking
• trade team liaison
• tracking of ad-hoc costs
• working closely with Stock team
• monitoring and ensuring accuracy of stock transfers between sites
• tracking and management of damaged items
• monitoring divisional targets YoY

Team Management:

• direct line management of Production and Studio Assistants
• recruitment and training of new starters
• overseeing learning and development of team
• promoting good morale
• setting measurable and achievable KPIs
• managing capability gaps within team of direct reports
• motivating and empowering team to bring forward new ideas and learn from mistakes

Essential Skills & Requirements

• experience in a fast-paced eCommerce studio preferable
• keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• excellent communication skills
• ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions
• ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• advanced knowledge of Excel
• proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• maintaining a positive outlook and remaining cool under pressure
• openness to admit mistakes
• flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• ability to excel within the dynamic demands of an evolving digital landscape
