About You

You will ideally have a degree in surveying, construction management or architecture, coupled with experience in project management. A strong understanding of contractual procedures and knowledge of managing office, hotel, or retail fit-outs on-site is essential. The ideal candidate will also have chartered status.

If you have a solid professional background, strong influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to consult with design teams, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Surveyors, and Structural Engineers, this is the role for you.

What to Expect

As a Project Manager in our Store Development team, you will manage wide-ranging projects from start to finish. You will consult with varied specialists, from design teams and lighting consultants to electrical and structural engineers. As you will also be liaising frequently throughout projects with external clients, it is important that you have both confidence and excellent communication skills. You will be working on projects across multiple locations, including our Knightsbridge store, Hammersmith offices, Thatcham Distribution Centre and airport stores, so flexibility regarding travel is essential.

What is important?

Your projects will be on a c.300million CAPEX investment programme to ensure we fully utilise our retail space to its’ full potential, which will see some major renovations to our iconic Knightsbridge store.

Working with Store Development alongside our Concession Partners, you will manage wide-ranging aspects of each project from start to finish. You will consult with a number of varied specialists, from our design and planning teams to electrical and structural engineers. As you will also be liaising frequently throughout projects with external clients, it is important that you have both confidence and excellent communication skills.
