Reservations Agent

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. As The Reservations Agent you will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About You

• Accountability for taking reservations accurately and in a timely manner, focusing on customer needs (including accurate notation of dietaries) and the overall experience, keeping the business needs at the forefront of your mind
• Proactively engaging in reviewing Restaurant availability daily, actioning where necessary to maximise covers, and ensuring that accurate information is correct across all platforms.
• Support the Reservations Management Team in maximising covers across all restaurants, ensuring a thorough understanding of current offers and promotions available
• To provide accurate reports, analysis and research material needed for the business to perform and increase sales.
• Proactively provide qualitative feedback to the Reservations Management Team on all service, product and set up issues based on daily operations and customer feedback.

All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
