We are looking for an organised and personable Resourcing Administrator to join our award-winning Resourcing team for 9 months. Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the Retail Recruitment team, you will work hard to deliver a seamless, efficient and consistent service to candidates and stakeholders alike. An expert communicator, you will be actively involved in the temporary recruitment cycle, carrying out CV screens, initial telephone and video interviews and assessment centres. Utilising sourcing tools to identify candidates, you will have a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.

With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that accurate employee systems records are kept via management of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). You will not only be assisting with telephone and email enquiries for the team, but also scheduling interviews and regularly managing multiple calendars.
