Restaurant Events & Private Dining Executive

We’re currently looking for a Restaurants Events and Private Dining Executive to join our growing Restaurant Sales & Events team.

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Sales & Events team, we want to provide a best in-class events and private dining destination for both our new and most treasured clients.

About the Role 
The Events and Private Dining Executive will be responsible for converting event and private hire enquiries into bookings across Harrods’ 24 restaurants and bars. This role requires meticulous administrational and sales duties, ensuring that every detail of each enquiry has been accurately recorded to be passed onto the operational teams. In addition, you will be required to meet and greet with prospective clients and attend industry trips and events where necessary. 

About You
You’ll be a personable individual with a strong sales background within the luxury restaurant or hospitality industry, ideally with time spent in the London market. As the first point of contact with any prospective clients, you will have a professional manner (both on the phone and in person), and be willing to strive for excellence always by believing in the “art of the possible” for our client enquiries. You’ll need to have the confidence to convert inbound enquires into sales and be driven by hitting your sales targets whilst responding to calls and emails in a timely manner.
