Restaurant Events & Private Dining Manager

We’re currently looking for a Restaurants Events and Private Dining Manager to take the lead in our growing Restaurant Sales & Events team.
Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Sales & Events team, we want to provide a best in-class events and private dining destination for both our new and most treasured clients.

About the Role 
The Events and Private Dining Manager is a senior role within the commercial Restaurant Events & Sales team. The main purpose is to set the Restaurant events strategy in line with our commercial ambitions by delivering the best customer service experience through selling and/or executing restaurant events, building internal and external relationships with our clients and working closely with both the restaurant management and Harrods Events teams. 

About You
You’ll have previous Sales & Events experience working at a senior level within a luxury hotel, restaurant or corporate events environment. As the lead for the team, you’ll not only need to have excellent people management skills, but you’ll need to have a strong background in setting and executing sales strategies, have an active “black book” of potential clients, and have a thorough understanding of event operations and logistics within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
