Sales Associate - Charcuterie

Our Foodhalls team are seeking a Full-Time, 6 month fixed term Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional experience in our Fresh Market Hall, specialising in charcuterie. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary of £31,922 plus bonus, along with access to Harrods’ renowned benefits, including generous discounts across our stores and restaurants.

About the Role

You will play an essential part in elevating our Charcuterie counter experience by confidently engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing product recommendations. You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience. Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy while ensuring exceptional visual merchandising standards, maintaining adequate stock levels and replenishment, and championing both our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and product recommendations
• Replenishing stock efficiently and maintaining accurate displays
• Upholding food hygiene and safety standards

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail, you will also have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients.

You will also: 

• Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Have experience in food retail, hospitality, or a deli environment
• Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
• Be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
• Be self-motivated, with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
