Sales Associate - Christmas World

We are now looking for full time sales associates for our famous Christmas World here at Harrods. This will be a fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend into other departments.

About the role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. Where retail really comes to life and turns shopping into theatre for everyone. From the famous Harrods bear, branded souvenirs to the life size cuddly toys and the coolest gadgets, our Signature and Gifting departments are like no other. Our sales associates are encouraged to bring their personality to our customers in these colourful and playful spaces.

In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes an annual salary of £27,456 and access to a monthly bonus, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure
• You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible
• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike
