Sales Associate - Fragrance

About the Role

As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Your passion for fragrances will enable you to assist customers in finding their perfect scent, offer expert advice, and create lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Providing personalized fragrance consultations based on individual preferences and needs.
• Educating customers about our range of products and helping them discover new scents.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and blending techniques.
• Upselling and cross-selling complementary products to enhance the customer's experience.
• Keeping the fragrance section well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Participating in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industry, But most of all a passion for fragrance!

You will also:

• A genuine passion for fragrances and an understanding of scent composition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
