Sales Associate- H Beauty - Part Time

Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for our customers as a Sales Associate in H Beauty. You’ll add your beauty expertise to our stunning, state-of-the-art setting to create an unforgettable experience for visitors.

You must be able to travel to Lakeside, Essex (part-time, up to 32 hours a week)

About us.

By Launching our new ‘H Beauty’ store, Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market. With H beauty, we will meet a demand from beauty customers for experiential retail that allows them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. H beauty will extend our Harrods beauty offering, beyond the Knightsbridge store to new customers.

To support this new concept and new location, we are looking for Sales Associates to help us bring the magic of Harrods to life. Your passion for beauty will help us create an unforgettable experience for our visitors and support us in remaining the leader in luxury retail.

About you.

Reporting to and supported by the Assistant Manager of the store, you will develop and nurture long term lasting relationships with customers. By being graceful, courteous, and caring and demonstrating your knowledge of what’s trending in Beauty, you will delight our customers and bring attentive service tailored to their individual needs and desires.

You will take pride in delivering your tasks - some will include maintaining the shop floors’ high standards of visual presentation and supporting with deliveries, transfers, restocks and replenishments as required.
