Sales Associate - Menswear

Our Harrods Menswear department is looking for outgoing, creative and engaging sales associates, creating a magical, personalised experience for our customers, whilst being a leading destination for the biggest brands. Our mission is to provide an inspiring experience for all our customers.

About the Role

Our menswear division consists of Sports, Outdoor, Loungewear, Contemporary, International and Designer collections. Our sales associates will be working with a multitude of world renowned brands, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers. 
You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service. This includes greeting customers, offering a personalised experience, assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards. 

About You 

You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, this may include assisting clients, to meet their needs, styling for special occasions or simply bringing the Harrods magic to Menswear. We can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight. 

You will also:

• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sports
• Have the ability to demonstrate product knowledge to your clients
• Have proven experience within fashion or hospitality
• You’ll be resilient, believing that anything is possible and can overcome challenges in front of you
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team
• Enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets
