Sales Associate - Rotisserie

Our Food Halls team is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional experience on our Rotisserie counter. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary of £29,988 plus bonus, along with access to Harrods’ renowned benefits, including generous discounts across our stores and restaurants.

About the Role

You will play an essential part in elevating our Rotisserie counter experience by confidently engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing product recommendations. You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience. Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy while ensuring exceptional visual merchandising standards, maintaining adequate stock levels and replenishment, and championing both our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.

Key responsibilities include:

• Previous experience in rotisserie or similar cooking methods
• Preparing and handling fresh food
• Delivering exceptional customer service and product recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Upholding food hygiene and safety standards

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail, you will also have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients.

You will also: 

• Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated, with a naturally curious disposition, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge.
