We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to work in our main office, located in Knightsbridge on a Permanent Contract. 


This role offers a working schedule of Monday to Friday in our office, alongside a competitive package & the kudos of working for a renowned company - this is a rare opportunity not to be missed.


About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of central London’s most exclusive Estate Agents with a globally recognized brand. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be facilitating and managing the sales cycle of our illustrious properties within the Harrods Estates portfolio. Having outstanding influencing and networking skills are paramount to set you up for success in this role.

 
About You 


You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual, who always provides an outstanding professional experience with a customer-centric approach. Having the ability to work as a team player will come naturally to you, coupled with a detailed working knowledge of the UK property industry legislation. You would have had direct involvement in sales progression and dealing with external stakeholders such as solicitors, surveyors and banks to ensure that sales are completed as smoothly as possible.


You will also possess:
•    A proven track record of achieving sales targets .
•    Previous exposure in selling properties in Central London.
•    A solid network and contacts with vendors and developers.
•    Confidence, resilience and very well-presented.
•    Strong articulation and communication skills.


You will also preferably be NAEA qualified and have a Full UK Driving Licence.
