This role will assist in the planning and management of development projects, participate in the design authority process and contribute to process improvement to obtain efficiencies.

About the role

The SAP Analyst (EWM) will deliver Business change initiatives by designing, developing, maintaining and supporting solutions, always adhering to industry best practice whilst working to a common application strategy.

Through regular communication, you will manage customer expectations to meet or exceed agreed SLA’s , produce and maintain appropriate user and support documentation and provide effective problem management and issue escalation. The SAP Analyst (EWM) will deliver solutions on time, on budget to agreed quality criteria, developing the SAP roadmap to support Harrods business objectives.

Harrods are always striving forward with SAP technology to increase the benefits for the business.  This role will play a key part in contributing to the implementation and development of the next generation SAP solutions.

This role will include an on-call rotation and occasional weekend/overnight work.

About you

We are looking for someone who has experience of project work, configuration and support of SAP EWM and SAP WM, as well as experience of S4/HANA solutions involving embedded EWM. You will have previous experience in support and project roles (ITIL, Prince 2, or verifiable experience), as well as SAP development and support exposure, ideally both at mid-tier and enterprise levels.

You will be a committed and highly professional individual, willing to take ownership of problems and provide workable solutions. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills along with an ability to influence outcomes in an effective manner.
