Our SAP Applications form a pivotal foundation for our Business operation and road map. Our team is looking for an SAP Logistics specialist to join our team at this exciting time of innovation in IT at Harrods. In this role you’ll configure our SAP ECC solution to support business processes from sales orders, point of sale and materials management as well as driving the development of our platform forwards towards improved data visibility and agility as we begin our journey to S4/HANA.

About you

You’ll be a seasoned SAP specialist with in-depth knowledge of SAP IS-Retail MM/SD functionality and configuration, ideally with knowledge also of EWM and Fiori. Experience of SAP CAR would be beneficial, as would exposure to S4/HANA.

 You’ll have experience of maturing SAP ECC before to suit business operations and successfully promoting business wide adoption of SAP best practise. You’ll be a credible expert, accustomed to working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, working in a fast-paced business environment.

You’ll have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, providing day to day support (Incident Management) as well as proactively exploring and presenting new solutions and improving existing solutions within the SAP suite.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, adept at getting buy-in from a varied stakeholder group to influence outcomes in an effective manner and enable collaborations to find standard solutions where possible when challenges present themselves.

What to expect

In this exciting role you will drive and support the cradle to grave lifecycle of our SAP business solution with a retail focus. You’ll design, develop, improve and extend our business use of SAP ECC  to improve the operation of our business and pave our roadmap towards SAP S4/HANA and SAP CAR to innovate and develop business efficiencies. You’ll partner with our SAP specialists as well as our wider IT ecosystem and business stakeholders.
