Warehouse Operative

Our Distribution team are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us at Knightsbridge. You will help ensure that all deliveries, picks and replenishment tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, supporting colleagues and management to deliver the exceptional service Harrods is known for.  

About the Role  

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the distribution operation. This position works varied rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, Sunday – Sunday, working 5 days over 7.  
 
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:  

• Receive, scan and deliver stock accurately and on time.  
• Process warehouse picks efficiently.  
• Replenish stock across the store as required.  
• Transport totes, cages, garment rails and pallets with correct documentation.  
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards within the warehouse.  
• Flag any stock or data integrity issues to management.  
• Support colleagues and assist with reasonable requests from managers.

About You 

You will be proactive, reliable and a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. With good numerical, literacy and communication skills, you will be confident in prioritising tasks and using your initiative to ensure deadlines are met.  

You will:  

• Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.  
• Be adaptable to changing demands and flexible in your approach to working hours and days.  
• Be approachable, collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.  
• Ideally have previous warehouse or distribution experience, although training will be provided.
