Security Officer

Harrods are looking for our next hardworking Security Officers to join our in-house Harrods Security team.

Your day will consist of conducting patrols and dealing with asset protection, first aid response and emergency situations. Our fully trained SIA licensed security officers have a passion to help and a duty to protect our customers and employees alike.

Whilst our security team has safety as their top priority, providing a warm and approachable face for customers is also key as our Security Officers are often the first and last touch points of our customer experience.

Committed to exceptional customer service, you will leap at the chance to go the extra mile for a customer.

You will remain calm under pressure and react quickly in challenging situations, as no two days at Harrods are the same, you will need to be highly adaptable.

You will also be required to write reports, document investigations, and keep your personal notebook up-to-date. With this in mind, we are looking for candidates who have strong overall communication skills.

To be successful, you will also hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence and may have either a Security or Customer Service background.

Your work week will consist of four shifts made up of day or night shifts. At times, this role can be physically demanding and a high level of fitness is essential on application.
