Senior Data Networks Analyst

Our Data Networks team are recruiting a Senior Data Networks Analyst to provide technical support for Harrod’s Data Network and contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Harrods Infrastructure.

About You

You will be an accomplished IT Technical expert with demonstrable experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support for large network environments. You are recognised for your experience in switching and routing, a natural problem solver who excels when faced with fault-fixing and troubleshooting. You will be motivated to play a proactive role in projects as part of your continuous review of advances Networking and Security practises in line with PCI DSS.

You will be process driven in your approach to work with great attention to detail. You will have knowledge of PCI, IPsec as well CCNP Level in Cisco technologies and experience in using Nexus. You will require good Cisco and Security product knowledge to assist with creating roadmaps and aligning IT requirements to meet business needs.

In this exciting and dynamic role you will implement, promote and enforce standards, safeguards, and procedures concerning the technical architecture of the Cisco Core Networking layer across multiple sites, WAN environment, Security layers and Load balancing environments using industry best practises.

What to expect

In this role you will provide technical support for Harrod’s Data Network on both LAN, WAN, Wireless and Security environments. You will ensure maximum service availability and performance through proactive monitoring, reporting, and planning. Your job will be to work with your team to provide proven technical support knowledge for the Cisco Core Networking layer across multiple sites, WAN environment, Security layers and Load balancing environments using industry best practises.
