SEO Assistant

Reporting into the SEO Lead, the SEO Assistant will help carry out initiatives outlined in the SEO roadmap as well as supporting the day with day to day duties. This is a key support role working closely with the Search team to support in executing the SEO strategy across internal and external teams. It is all about day to day optimisation including a focus on our category and sub-category pages to improve organic visibility. The SEO Assistant will be responsible for keyword tracking and reporting, search console analysis, competitor analysis, content optimisation, metadata analysis and work closely with IT to implement required changes.

About You.

You'll have demonstrable experience using SEO with working knowledge of SEO fundamentals ad practices. You'll be accustomed to SEO platforms as well as having knowledge of Google Search Console. You'll have a positive attitude, keen to help and learn and an ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities conflicting workloads. You'll need experience working amongst a wider marketing to deliver both tactical and strategic marketing agendas.

To exceed in this role you'll need an eagerness to learn and an ability to absorb new information whilst demonstrating your specialist ability in SEO and managing changing priorities.
