Our Sign and Print Studio team are now looking for a Production Assistant to join them in helping to produce and install POS/signage, visual merchandising sites, vinyl signage, CRM collateral/navigation, and edit and print all storewide menus. The Production Assistant will also assist as needed on ticketing and vinyl graphics production to ensure that all final output reflects the core brand values of both Harrods Visual and Creative strategy.
About the Role
The Sign and Print Studio Production Assistant is responsible for delivering excellence through the production, preparation, and installation of high-quality vinyl signage, internal promotion communication, POS, navigational and all menu and signage elements.
Responding to varied requests from across the business, the Production Assistant will be responsible for the production of all materials and preparing them for the relevant stakeholders. Liaising closely with a wide range of stakeholders, the Production Assistant will deliver results within tight timeframes and in adherence with internal processes and SLAs.
About You
You will have previous experience working within a printing environment (ideally at an in-house/retail studio), with excellent layout skills and great typography. You will be able to successfully understand a brief in order to interpret business needs (developing where needed to suit its purpose), whilst thinking creatively to solve any problems the overall briefs may propose – all whilst being innovative within cost and time constraints.
You will also have –
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong eye for detail, comfortable choosing the most suitable style and techniques based on a brief and brand guidelines.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests at any time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
- High levels of integrity, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A strong stakeholder focus, using data for improvements in products and services, acting with stakeholders in mind, and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
