We are currently recruiting a motivating, professional, and experienced Sous Chef to join the opening of The Harrods Brasserie! This role requires someone who is extremely positive and passionate.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production level and food safety standards.

The Brasserie concept will be offering a breakfast  and all day lunch menu with 130 covers and a team of over 45 employees including  the back of house .The opening hours will be from 10am until  9pm .

The ideal Sous Chef would have experience working in a fast paced operation, as well as the following:

  • Hands-on approach
  • Have an eye for details
  • People Management experience
  • Have excellent manuel skills
  • High volume experience
  • A positive attitude
