Supervisor

Valet parking is one of the most unique departments within Harrods. Often the first and last point of contact with our customers, the team here play a vital contribution to the world class service Harrods is known for.

About the Role

The Supervisor role will lead the team in providing a warm welcome and ensuring the process of parking at Harrods is smooth. The Supervisor will provide operational support in the absence of the Retail Services Manager.

This role within the team is responsible for the smooth running of the Car Park, ensuring all standards are met. This involves front of house tasks and duties, all administration and POS processes and liaising with the Private Shopping team to ensure their customers have their correct parking package along other with other duties.

About you

• Hold a valid UK drivers licence
• Aged over 25 - for insurance purposes
• Able to assist with driving/parking when needed, although this role is predominantly front of house
• Demonstrated experience in a customer facing environment and good interpersonal skills
• Understand and able to execute systems and POS procedures to ensure promote and effective transactions
• Able to work shifts, across 7 days
• Supervisory experience, able to lead and engage a small team
