Supply Coordinator - Wine & Spirits

About You

You will be a recent graduate, or have some experience working in a fast-paced role. You will have a true passion for food & beverage, be commercially savvy with excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills.  You will demonstrate a can-do attitude and take pride in building key relationships across Harrods and with external suppliers.
 

What to Expect

• You will work on end to end projects, improving processes, driving efficiencies to deliver better ways of working for the team going forward.
• Working on both Buying Administration and Supply processes, you will need to be a fast learner who can hit the ground running.
• You will manage the product life cycle effectively within the Harrods Food Halls, Restaurants & Kitchens to achieve supply objectives of improving shelf and depot availability and minimising waste.
• Responsible for ensuring products are distributed in the correct quantities on time ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
• Updating forecast information on a daily basis and be the primary contact for all queries from suppliers, sales floor, buyers and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand root cause of stock issues and facilitate distribution strategy.

With the opening of the first H Cafe, we are bringing the Harrods food experience to a wider audience and want to make sure our exceptional quality and high standards are delivered consistently. 2020 is going to a be an exciting year and we welcome fresh ideas and someone to challenge the status quo. We are looking for someone who will share their own insight and ideas, is commercially focused but always considers the customer experience.
