Transaction Assistant

Are you accurate and process driven?

We’re looking for a full time Transaction Assistant to support our Personal Shopping team.

Supporting the selling teams, you will process all transactions that come through Personal Shopping, making sure they are all packed and arrange deliveries to locations all over the world. You will also work closely with Stock Controllers to make sure stock is sent back to the shop floor accordingly.

You must be able to complete complex transactions promptly and accurately. Knowledge of export and shipping regulations is ideal but not essential.
  
You will be proactive and capable of working with minimum guidance, but also possess the teamwork skills to work with your team to achieve group KPIs and improve customer service as a whole. 
  

The successful candidate must be a confident communicator, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise different responsibilities.
  
Senior Systems training and knowledge of both Microsoft Office and our systems (SAP, InTouch, and BI) would be ideal, but if necessary we will provide training to build your skill set. 

Previous experience in a fast-paced transactional retail role would be advantageous. 

 
Ideally, you will be flexible and able to work irregular hours when required, including weekdays and weekends.
