Valet Parking Host

Our Valet Parking team are now looking for a Valet Parking Host to join the team. Valet parking is one of the most unique departments within Harrods - often the first and last point of contact with our customers, the team here play a vital contribution to the world class service Harrods is known for.

About the Role

The Valet Parking Host is a dynamic role that combines exceptional customer service with strong driving skills. This position requires confidently, efficiently, and safely parking customers’ vehicles while delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience.

Front-of-house responsibilities include processing POS transactions, managing general administrative tasks, and going above and beyond to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Valet parking duties include the careful collection and parking of vehicles while adhering to all health and safety standards. The role also ensures that residents have uninterrupted access to their allocated parking spaces by following company policies and understanding the specific procedures of the Harrods car park.

This role works on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7
 
About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to ensure every customer interaction is meaningful are key to success in this role.

You will also:

• Be over 25 with a full, clean UK driving licence, able to drive both manual and automatic (required for insurance purposes).
• Have experience in a professional driving environment (desirable, not essential).
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and care.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and proactive, showing initiative in all aspects of the role.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the wider Retail Services department.
• Be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, shift times around our store opening times.
