Valet Parking Supervisor

Valet Parking is one of the most unique departments within Harrods. Often the first and last point of contact for our customers, the team here play a vital contribution to the world class service Harrods is known for.

About The Role

The Supervisor role will lead the team in providing a warm welcome and ensuring the process of parking at Harrods is smooth. The Supervisor will provide operational support in the absence of the Retail Services Manager.

This role involves front of house tasks and duties, all administration and POS processes and liaising with the Private Shopping team to ensure their customers have their correct parking package along other with other duties.
For insurance purposes, you must be over 25 to move forward with this role.

About You

You will have experience leading and motivating a team while maintaining excellent customer service. A high level of organisation is also required to ensure process is followed and the Car Park operation runs smoothly. You will also need:

• A valid UK drivers licence
• Over 25 in age - for insurance purposes
• Supervisory experience, able to lead and engage a small team
• The ability assist with driving and parking when needed, although this role is predominantly front of house.
• Experience in a customer facing environment and excellent interpersonal skills
• An understanding and knowledge of POS systems and procedures to ensure promote and effective transactions
• The flexibility to work in a shift pattern, across 7 days
