We’re currently looking for Waiter/Waitress to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at The Champagne Bar in Newcastle. Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre not only to the beauty market but also to the dining industry through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK.

About the Role 

This exciting H Beauty concept is all about bringing customer experience to life, allowing them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment where food will play an essential part. In this role, you’ll be assisting the Management team in running the Champagne Bar effectively by maintaining high service standards and maximising sales, exceeding customer expectations. Warm, welcoming service is the perfect complement to wonderful food. Our Waiters/Waitresses make sure dining is a highlight of a H Beauty visit by creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.

You're someone who understands the magic of a fine dining experience, whether you've waited tables in a premium restaurant or you're just stepping into the world of hospitality. You thrive in dynamic environments, remaining cool, calm, and collected even during the busiest of shifts. You excel as a team player, always willing to pitch in and support your colleagues without hesitation. You understand that it's the little details—the perfectly folded napkin, the genuine smile, the attentive service—that leave a lasting impression on our guests, and you're committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of your role.

• Competitive salary package of up to £15 p/h (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)* 
• Set contracted hours – paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h
