Warehouse Operative - Seasonal Temp

Salary: £20,554 per annum (£10.50 per hour)

We are looking for hard-working and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our Distribution Centre in Thatcham on a Fixed Term Contract to cover our seasonal period. Our Warehouse Operatives play an integral role in the delivery of a day-to-day operation for our distribution centre, we work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers.

This position works varied shifts between 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm on a rotating basis any 5 of 7 days a week with regular weekend work.

Please note this is Fixed Term Contract until 31st January 2022. Start dates available from September to October 2021.

What to expect
Our .Com PSD + Re-pack operation plays an integral role in the delivery of our online distribution, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience. Pick Site Direct picking is picking customers’ orders that we store the stock for on site at Thatcham, it also includes checking that the quantity and quality is correct for the customer order to the high standards that we and our customers expect.

The Re-pack part of the team is collecting the various parts of a customer order, that can come in from a variety of sources, and consolidating them down into one tote and passing it onto the packaging team for processing.
