Warehouse Services Operative

About You
You will have keen attention to detail and a high level of care and accuracy at all times, ensuring our state-of-the-art Distribution Centre is in-keeping with Health and Safety regulations. You'll be able to perform in a very physical, hands on position and have excellent communication skills.

What to Expect
As a Site Services Operative, you will assist with the coordination of the Harrods recycling operation, maintaining the warehouse and outside operations at our Distribution Centre at Thatcham near Reading. You will be maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and yards, using the relevant equipment provided. Guidelines should be followed for all automated equipment.

You will be tasked with safely unloading, sorting, stacking, repairing and loading of pallets onto the trailer, whilst sorting waste from both the main and satellite sites.

What is important?
Impeccable time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task are key qualities for this role, and you should be prepared to work in all weather conditions/temperatures, as this role requires outside working all year round.

Your shift pattern will be on rotation and may include days, nights, and weekends – it is essential you can commit to flexible working hours.
